Does WooCommerce offer customizable shipping options or do I have to go with one of their provided options?

Yes, it does WooCommerce has three shipping methods
· local pickup where you can pick up your order from a physical location without shipping.
· Free shipping where it's an all-inclusive method there is no cost of shipping once your coupon is activated.
· Flat rate shipping it’s a constant or standard rate that your buyers will be used to ship products.
